QuickBooks Integration
Our API data exchange with QuickBooks is revolutionary. Imagine your customer requesting a boat splash with 20 gallons of fuel, 2 bags of ice, and a case of Miller Lite. Your staff provisions the boat and marks the splash as “complete” in BoatCloud. Without further human interaction, BoatCloud has seamlessly created an invoice for your customer in your QuickBooks account.
Customer data is shared between BoatCloud and QuickBooks through a web service called a QB Web Connector. The connector doesn’t have access to critical information like credit card numbers - nor do we want anything to do with the financial affairs of your operation. We just want to give your staff complete control of your customer relations in ONE interactive system - and leave the accounting to the back office.
